All orders are currently being shipped from Monaco. Because of Brexit, UK customers will be responsible for any potential taxes and duties charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, but we try our best to avoid these charges from occurring. If you have any questions about this, please email us.
We currently ship to: United Kingdom, Belgium, Denmark, France, Monaco, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Portugal, Switzerland and USA. If you would like to request a special delivery to a location not stated above, please e-mail us and we will try our best to make it work.

RETURNS
We hope you love what you ordered! However, if you were not perfectly satisfied, please email us at maya@ayamset.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that you will have 14 days from the day your order was shipped to request a return. Once you have our approval, carefully pack the item(s) being returned inside the box (must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with all the tags still attached) and follow the instructions sent to you by email.
A return fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. We will confirm the amount with you in the instructions.
Please note we do not currently accept returns from the USA, as well as on all items that are on sale.
REFUNDS
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The return fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your account.
